Ah, yes, the recurrent allegation that the Romanian Army–or rather elements of it–in December 1989 disinformed the Romanian Army!

Who, in 1990, was at the forefront of informing the Romanians about the details of the radio-electronic war?  Civilian journalists at the main dailies Romania Libera or Adevarul, etc.?  NO!!!

It was the Army itself!  Army officers in the pages in the pages of the official Army daily!!!  In March 1990!

There are many reasons for why the suggestion that the Army intentionally disinformed itself in December 1989 is absurd:  this is one of them!
